How does the Ace Club Membership work?
An Ace Club Membership gives you full access to every feature and piece of content in the Ace VR app: track your performance, unlock new guns and optics, play with others, and compete on leaderboards. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time.

Do you offer discounts to military, law enforcement, or first responders?
Yes. We offer a dedicated MIL, LEO, and First Responder discount program. You can check your eligibility and apply at platform.acexr.com/militaryfirstresponder_discount.
How much does the Ace membership cost?
Membership pricing is listed at checkout.acexr.com, since pricing can vary by plan and current promotions. Every membership tier includes full access to the Ace VR app's core features, including performance tracking, unlockable guns and optics, and multiplayer.
Do you have a trial option for your app?
There isn't a free trial available at this time. If you cancel an active membership, your account moves to "Ace Limited," a free tier that includes access to dry-fire practice targets and a few other limited features, so you can still get a feel for the experience.
Can we have multiple users on one subscription?
Not currently. The platform doesn't yet support separate player profiles under a single account, though this is something we're actively exploring for the future.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel, your account automatically moves to "Ace Limited," a free tier that keeps you connected with a basic range of dry-fire practice targets and a few other limited features, rather than losing access entirely.
