General FAQs

Answers to common questions about Ace, headset compatibility, shipping, and accessories.

Who is Ace for?

Ace is a consumer product for anyone interested in a realistic shooting experience: competitive shooters, hobbyists, professionals, new gun owners, and the simply curious.

What VR headset do I need, and where can I get one?

Ace works with the Meta Quest 2, Quest 3S, and Quest 3 (not the Quest Pro). You can purchase a Quest headset directly from Meta, or through retailers like Amazon and Best Buy.

Can I use Ace offline?

Yes. An internet connection is needed for downloads and updates, but you can train offline — online-only features are simply paused while you're disconnected.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to a select list of countries outside the US. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes set by the destination country. For the most current list of supported countries, reach out to our team through the contact page.

Do you sell holsters?

Yes, custom Ace holsters are available. They ship configured for right-handed use but include a reversible paddle, so left-handed shooters are covered as well.

Do you have any offerings for left-handed shooters?

Yes. Ace works with both hand dominance and eye dominance without any special configuration. Left-handed shooters should use their index finger to operate the magazine release button.

Does the Ace handset have any patents?

Yes. The Ace handset is protected under US Patents 12,533,577 and 12,521,624, US Patent Publication US20240139618A1, and PCT application WO 2024/092200 A1.
