What size Meta Quest headset do you recommend?
The Ace app itself only needs about 5GB of storage, but most users are happy with a 128GB headset for general use. If you plan on downloading a lot of other apps or content, go with 512GB instead.
How soon does the Ace handset ship after I order?
Orders ship within 2–5 business days of purchase. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3 days or less, while international delivery can take roughly 8–15 days depending on destination.
Do you recommend any VR accessories?
Yes — the BOBOVR M3 or M2 Pro head strap is a popular upgrade. It adds extra comfort for longer sessions and includes swappable batteries so you're not tied to your headset's charge cycle.
Do I need an Ace handset to use the Ace VR app?
Yes. The Ace VR app is designed specifically to work with the Ace Handset, so you'll need one to get the full experience.
Does this experience involve real guns or bullets?
No — the entire experience is virtual. There are no real guns, ammunition, or projectiles involved. The Ace handset is designed to mimic the size, weight, and feel of a real handgun, so the training feels realistic without any live-fire component.
Are you a gun manufacturer, or do you sell guns or accessories?
No. Ace is a gaming and technology company — we design VR software and the handset hardware that pairs with it, but we don't manufacture or sell firearms.

Does Ace have any distributors?
Ace is primarily a direct-to-consumer product. Currently, SIG SAUER is our only third-party retail partner.
