Where do I find the Ace VR app?
The Ace VR app is available on the Meta Horizon App Store. You'll need an active Ace Club Membership to log in and use it.
How do I log into the Ace VR app?
First, activate your membership on the Ace website. Then, open the app on your headset and log in using either the email link sent to your account or your account password.
Why is my VR gun not pointing straight?
This is usually a handset orientation setting. Open the in-app settings, tap the gear icon, and make sure the correct handset orientation is selected — most Ace users should have "Ace Handset V2" selected.
How do I configure my Ace handset to work with the Quest 2?

Why does my VR gun shoot too early, too late, or rapid fire?
This is typically a trigger sensitivity issue. In the app's settings, adjust the trigger sensitivity: find the highest value where the trigger still reliably "breaks" (registers a shot), then increase that setting by about 0.02 for the best balance.
How can I get the latest Ace VR app update?
Connect your headset to the internet, open the App Library, go to the Downloads tab, and select any available updates. You can also turn on Automatic App Updates in your headset's Privacy Settings so updates install automatically.
